Taken from the mothership’s article earlier, entitled Sorin’s Homecoming from Savor the Flavor by Doug Beyer, the card revealed to be the new planeswalker version of Sorin Markov. The article discussed about his relation to Innistrad’s history aside from the plane’s being his birth place.

Lord Sorin looks very much fit for the Token decks in the current Standard. The -2 loyalty emblem is just very sick. I’m speculating a new black version of that deck archetype to come out by February.
