The Hall of Famer pro Raphael Levy has yet added another Grand Prix Champion trophy on his resume as he triumphed in GP Manchester last weekend. Mastering Green-White Tokens deck, he decided to add a ‘splash’ in the form of Chandra, Flamecaller. His Red source for casting it is via Oath of Nissa.
