Mark Herberholz’ Blightning Beatdown at Pro Tour-Kyoto

Here is Mark’s take on the Blightning Beatdown deck at the currently on-going Pro Tour Kyoto. The video from MTG Tournament Center.
I assume this is the decklist although I’m not sure with the lands, whether he’s running 4 of each non-basic or only 3 Ghitu Encampment or something. The list below.

I like his build of having Goblin Outlander maindeck. This pro-white can’t be Path to Exiled or “helixed” by Ajani Vengeant, and is a nuisance to most of the White decks today. It can even go pass through a Plumeveil! Nice…
His choice of Tarfire over Incinerate though is one thing I won’t agree with. He got too many Goblins already for revealing to Auntie’s Hovel and the one damage difference is a BIG thing in my opinion.
I think this is 4 rounds of Standard and 3 rounds of Draft for Day One. I looked at the results page after Round 4 and Mark went 2-2. It didn’t turned out that well I guess but still I liked the list.
Any comments/suggestions on his build?
