Variations of the Deceiver Twin Combo

With the arrival of New Phyrexia, a new combo emerged in Standard. The phyrexian Deceiver Exarch, along with the aura Splinter Twin completes the combo kill. Before, this was an archetype in Extended, which uses Pestermite as one of the combo piece. The current one is a bit tougher to kill. His guess of the top decks that dominates are: Thopter-Depths, Zoo, Faeries, Hypergenesis and dredge. Scars of Mirrodin Announced

It is called Scars of Mirrodin which was previously codenamed as “Lights” (no, not the beer). The release date is October 1, 2010 and the Prerelease events will be on September 25-26, 2010. My Notable Worldwake Cards
Posted by: | CommentsThe previous weekend was the worldwide release party of the recent Magic: The Gathering expansion, Worldwake, which was also the expansion set of Zendikar. As players talk about the powerful cards of the set (I’m referring to the new Jace and the demon Abyssal Persecutor) which can be a possible inclusion in the current Standard, I think I can say that Worldwake isn’t that impressive like Zendikar.
