Hi Sir, I think that was Stoneforge Mystic in a Red White Equipment precon deck of sort back in the days of Worldwake (2011). Good thing I was able to play that Caw Blade deck and guaranteed me a slot in the Nationals before its banning.]]></description>

The closest they got was back when they banned a card that was present in a pre-constructed deck that was sold as suitable for Standard events; they let people play that exact decklist (whether it came out of a pre-constructed package or not), but they could not alter it in any way.]]></description>
