30DC…. Yes, I remember now.

It has been weeks or probably a month ago since I took the Thirty Day Challenge training by Ed Dale. It is about setting up your first affiliate online business and learning the right stuff that goes with it. I’ve learned on finding good niche, keyword research and getting the right domain name. The problem though is that most affiliate networks doesn’t cover the Philippines as its supported country. Also, it requires capital to engage on it to buy stuff, softwares, etc. Yeah you have to spend to get the good stuff.

The most important thing I’ve learned is the power of content. Yep, content is really a big factor in ranking your sites in search engines. This means more talk on my blogs from now on (which I’m currently doing in this post. lol) and I’ve got to practice and enhance my writing skills.

I’m currently implementing my training on two new blogs I’ve setup with the niche I’ve wanted to promote. I had to work more on its contents because of the lack of traffic it gets despite of the optimization I’ve made. I’ve tried a content generating software but it wasn’t enough. I guess competition for the first page is getting tougher these days. *Sigh*

Hey, y’all. I am sorry I wasn’t able to publish some Mtg dosage for quite a while now. It’s because I got stuck at work. Yeah.. excuses, blah..blah… I know but I think it’s worth it.

To give you some hint of what I do for a few weeks now, I’ve been studying and doing reports on the training videos my client required me to watch. It is training about PPC Marketing and doing campaigns for CPA Networks. These training videos were from the Arbitrage Conspiracy, owned by two marketing coaches Aymen and Emmanuel.

I’ve been learning a lot so far although it’s quite boring sometimes to go on a marathon on the training videos. A few things I’ve learned is that you’ve got to have patience and a good observation on your campaigns.

It’s just like playing Starcraft and utilizing each of your resources for maximum output, although I’m not saying its as easy as it is in PPC Marketing. You’ve got to observe every detail. The good thing though is they have provided a few tools and resources to use to help automate some of the work.

I’m currently on Week 9 of the training and I hope I can finish this so that I can do some real action on my client’s pages. I’ve done a few writings of the Google ads for warm-up. It’s just a disappointment though because most of the affiliate networks I’ve researched don’t cover the Philippines to their members. I wish they could change their policy in the future. Still, I’ll be looking forward to implementing what I’ve learned and having my own campaigns.

Oh and about Magic? Still doing good. Here’s our Top 8 Pose last Feb. 28 tournament.

My client has given me time during the holiday break to learn and study affiliate marketing through the coaching site that he recommended. This has got me interested but unfortunately, I was only able to read a bit during the vacation period.

Based on the training videos, I was like astonished on how they can earn hundreds of dollars on the products they don’t own in a few months time. What could be their marketing strategy? Hmmm… This got me really challenged to learn and to master the techniques that they do in the affiliate marketing business. I also added this one to be one of my targets to accomplish this year (a new year’s resolution perhaps?). I think that should really motivate me. Plus the number of digits that they earn obviously. Hehe…

The coaching offers a step by step process which I bet anyone can easily learn to follow. At the moment, we are still starting the first month and just signed up for Adwords, Overture of Yahoo and MSN Adcenter. I hope we can start building the first affiliate site this week.
