I decided to do a short beach getaway last weekend together with some of my officemates at the City Planning office. This was an opportunity for me to somewhat relax from the busy city life and enjoy the beach scenery.

We decided to meet up early Saturday morning to have ample time to buy our food ingredients and other needed stuff. I went to Plaza Molo as my pickup point and arrived there at 6:00 am. Our group service vehicle arrived about 30 minutes later and we picked the others at Plaza Arevalo.

Oton Public Market was the place where we brought pork for the barbeque and other needed condiments for the planned menu. We also bought some hard drinks to partner it with.

Our place of destination was the Basang Basa Beach Resort in San Joaquin. Here are some of the pics I took.
