The recent update on the Mtg Standard metagame came from the Starcity Games Open Series tournament in Sacramento. The winning archetype is Esper Control, piloted by Beaux Bruggman. Bruggman was able to grab the last spot of the top eight and <span id="more-2729"></span>proved the power of the deck by defeating the top seed Wolf Run Ramp by David Myers. </p>
