The recent Magic: the Gathering Standard tournament results revealed that Izzet Epiphany is still the dominating deck in the format. That is even if other decks have emerged to prey on it, such as the recent Dimir Control deck. One other deck that I will be featuring today and also check on its recent decklist is the Bant Allies deck. Allies have been Zendikar’s pet tribe and continue to be one of the decent Standard aggro deck choices.

Magic: the Gathering Standard 2022 is a Magic Arena-specific format where the newest sets are included without the requirement to battle the Top decks in the current Standard format. This opens to a variety of deck creations that were before toppled by the high gear cards from the older sets. The new cards from the Adventures in the Forgotten Realms also provided a bunch of deck strategies to explore with.

For today’s MTG Standard 2022 deck feature, we have deck that is built of a less popular tribe in Magic: the Gathering: Berserkers. While in the lore it is one of the usual job classes of adventurers, it is less prioritized here in Magic gameplay.

The Magic: the Gathering metagame in the Best-of-1 Standard format in Arena is being dominated by a lot of Mono-Colored Aggro decks. I’ve faced a lot of these decks during my daily Standard Ranked matches and I gotta say that they are very powerful. The top three decks I’ve read that have been the people’s choices are Mono-White Lifegain, Mono-Red Snow Aggro, and Boros Winota.

In today’s Standard deck feature, I present to you guys the decklist of the Mono-White Lifegain deck. Powered by Heliod, Sun-Crowned, it can certainly out grind other aggro decks with the lifegain effects and at the same time powering up its creatures with +1/+1 counters. Its late-game plan is via Lurrus of the Dream-Den which brings back its cheap utility creatures.
