With the Modified General Community Quarantine still in effect and extended in the city of Iloilo, local businesses are slowly getting back into regular operations while still adjusting to the ‘new normal’ as an effect of this pandemic.

This would also mean that more activities are being allowed including social gatherings. Hence, that made our local tournament organizer Rei Coo decide to bring back the local Magic: the Gathering Standard event. This was missed for about three months now as the last tournament was way back in March.

Here below are the details of the tournament this coming Saturday along with some guidelines based on the rules posted by the health department.

Top Finishers will receive the following prizes:
1st, Foil Ikoria Promo Pack
2nd-4th, Regular Ikoria Promo Pack
5th-8th, Regular Theros Promo Pack

This will go with the regular Ikoria booster packs to be distributed according to the player attendance.
Maximum of 16 players allowed in the event.

Here are three guidelines though during the course of the tourney:

-Always wear facemask during matches.

-Sanitize hands with alcohol after each game to get rid of the germs & viruses & the possible malas.

-Minimize contact and maintain social distancing.
