<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img alt="" fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="800" height="533" src="https://deathmarked.info/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Card-Spoiler-Batch-1.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-24330" srcset="https://deathmarked.info/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Card-Spoiler-Batch-1.jpg 800w, https://deathmarked.info/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Card-Spoiler-Batch-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https://deathmarked.info/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Card-Spoiler-Batch-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https://deathmarked.info/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Card-Spoiler-Batch-1-450x300.jpg 450w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The <strong>Magic: the Gathering </strong>cards spoilers for the upcoming Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty is arriving in bulk from various websites and online platforms and I have not gotten to able to scan through all of them. The latest posts on the MagicTCG Reddit thread is what I am currently working on and the good thing is I was able to check on what and how the online community assesses the card based on the value in various formats of the game. As for this blog post, I will start with having a batch of the card spoilers which are randomly timed on the dates of their posting online, and just add a few short discussions after it.</p>

<p></p>
<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:inline-block;
	min-width:100px;
	max-width:970px;
	width:100%;
	height:200px" data-ad-client="ca-pub-2323336148464359" data-ad-slot="7353149719"></ins>
<script async="" src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});</script>
<p></p>

<span id="more-24325"></span>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">First on this list is Generous Visitor. &nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/g0dht58J/generousvisitor.jpg" alt=""/><figcaption>I&#8217;ve initially thought that art is a monkey.</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The possibilities of the Auras or Enchantress deck strategy are plausible with the inclusion of this card. It might not be the same as the Enchantment creatures of Theros but there are notable cards that can support a Selesnya-color Standard deck with Saga Enchantments added on it.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/2yhqk7fy/Go-Shintai-of-Shared-Purpose.jpg" alt=""/><figcaption>Neon Dynasty&#8217;s Shrines are now creatures.</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As mentioned of the Enchantress strategy, we can also consider these Shrine creatures as a way to trigger Generous Visitor and also the cost lessened by Jukai Naturalist. Its only drawback is its Legendary type which maybe having three copies of this and three of that of Green will not really hurt the mana curve.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/0ypCW7M8/Secluded-Courtyard-Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Spoiler.png" alt=""/><figcaption>Kamigawa&#8217;s Cavern of Souls</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is the newest version of a nonbasic ‘tribal’ land with Cavern of Souls as its cousin. What I liked about this is not only the mana fix but also paying for ability activation such as Ninjutsu which is very relevant even if your <a href="https://deathmarked.info/tag/decklists" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" title="deck build">deck build</a> is on Dimir. This is a four-of auto inclusion in the expected Rogue Ninja Tribal deck. I might come up with a Standard decklist for it soon.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/Dw0T67y6/Leech-Gauntlet.jpg" alt=""/><figcaption>The Hand of Gix?</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is a good two-drop with the Lifelink ability that is relevant life-swing if left unchecked early on. In the late game, you can use its Reconfigure ability to give your best threat Lifelink which is good enough to outrace them especially other aggro decks that may have chump blockers to nullify damage. It is also an Artifact so it can somewhat help similar triggers and can cost one mana less by the Mechanaut.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/Y9hb0qk4/Life-of-Toshiro-Umezawa-Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Spoiler.png" alt=""/><figcaption>Umezawa becomes a part of history.</figcaption></figure></div>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/L4BFMNyr/Life-of-Toshiro-Umezawa-2-Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Spoiler.png" alt=""/><figcaption>Memory, spirit, or apparition?</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This Saga turns into an Enchantment Creature after the third lore and its first two triggers are quite situational which is good. Pump your dude for added damage? Sure. Kill of an opponent’s mana creature? Okay. Nothing to do on an empty board? Gain 2 life. Its creature-flip version is somewhat unusual for Black in creating Black mana for use only on Instants and Sorcery spells. Maybe it can help you cast something like Blood in the Snow late game, I dunno. Still a 2/3 so an added board presence for your attackers.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/YC89RQLW/Invoke-Despair-Variant-Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Spoiler.jpg" alt=""/><figcaption>You sacrifice things or I draw cards?</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This Invoke cycle for Black is quite interesting because it can in a way deal with an enchantment in which the color has no ways to do it before. Sure it is conditional but the drawback is a card and 2 life loss so many opponents will most likely just sacrifice their enchantment. Its probable disadvantage is the many Enchantment creatures in Kamigawa which can become fodder if the situation permits. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.postimg.cc/x86kC7Dt/Kodama-of-the-West-Tree-Kamigawa-Neon-Dynasty-Spoiler.png" alt=""/><figcaption>North East West South, NEWS</figcaption></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Completing the four Kodama directions err Tree locations, this version is probably the cheapest in mana cost. Its ability though is leaned towards the Modified creatures in the set which gets you a basic land ramp for combat damage dealt. Gruul or Bant Midrange may become a thing in <a href="https://www.mtgtop8.com/format?f=ST" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow" title="Kamigawa Standard">Kamigawa Standard</a> so having this on the 3rd drop is essential. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This wraps up the first batch of Kamigawa Neon Dynasty card spoiler short discussions. I am quite exhausted finishing this after a short bike ride early this evening so just stay tuned for Batch 2. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Until the next blog post. </p>

<span id="more-22398"></span>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">We get to enjoy one of the best Role-playing games in history, with a given crossover with our world-renown trading card game. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I have read a few card spoilers from this to-be-released set, and for today, I present the new card from this expansion with a D&amp;D flavor embedded in an old Magic: the Gathering strategy. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Check out: <strong>Tasha&#8217;s Hideous Laughter</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">[AFR] Tasha&#8217;s Hideous Laughter<br>
1UU</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sorcery</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until that player has exiled cards with a total mana value 20 or more.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In an average deck cmc of 3 or 4 mana cost, the total exiled cards would probably reach the number ten. If you get lucky to mill more lands then it can increase up to fifteen. Against a heavy-spell midrange deck, this would only deal minimum on the exile cards. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Copying this spell would be devastating, given the existing &#8220;fork&#8221; spells in the current format. My initial build on this would Izzet (Blue-Red) as this is best supported at the moment with the existence of Izzet Dragons, a midrange deck, in the metagame. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Will the mill strategy become more relevant with the printing of this card? we shall see in the coming weeks as more <a href="https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Dungeons_%26_Dragons:_Adventures_in_the_Forgotten_Realms#Card_types" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Adventures in the Forgotten Realms (opens in a new tab)">Adventures in the Forgotten Realms</a> are revealed online. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That is a wrap. Thanks for reading and until the next blog post. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">It is still spoiler season for the Magic: the Gathering trading card game and these upcoming cards from a special set are worth watching out for. I am quite overwhelmed by the cards revealed in terms of their power level that can be very relevant <span id="more-20838"></span>in shaping the Modern metagame. The majority of the top-tier decks will either receive a big boost or get anti from in the sideboarded games (i.e. Tron decks). </p>

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
   style="display:inline-block;
	min-width:100px;
	max-width:970px;
	width:100%;

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});</script>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Today&#8217;s Modern Horizon 2 card preview will be a relevant inclusion in the reanimator strategies in the metagame. Check out Archon of Cruelty. <br></p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://mythicspoiler.com/mh2/cards/archonofcruelty.jpg" alt="" width="198" height="275"/></figure></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Getting this into the battlefield gets you a huge value in sort of a mini Cruel Ultimatum. A 6/6 Flyer, an edict effect, card draw, and gain life is already a major advantage. The format already has a lot of cards that can get this creature to your graveyard and ready for any reanimation spell. A simple Esper (for Unburial Rites) or Dimir colors can suffice a decent deck. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The full <a href="https://cardgamebase.com/modern-horizons-2-spoilers/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Modern Horizons 2 (opens in a new tab)">Modern Horizons 2</a> spoiler might be out this week and I&#8217;d expect more powerful cards to be revealed. Playing in the Modern is still farfetched in the physical setting but I would not mind seeing new deck brews after the full MH2 list is out. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That is a wrap for now, until the next blog post. </p>
