In the Standard world of Chainwhirlers kind of metagame, it has definitely defined how people build their decks in which they avoid having one-toughness creatures in their list. Today’s decklist, however, is looking to take the risk by adding more X/1s in the build. Here is the Dominaria version of Mono White Oketra Monument Aggro.

Creatures
4 Adanto Vanguard
3 Angel of Invention
4 Skymarcher Aspirant
4 Benalish Marshal
4 Dauntless Bodyguard
4 Knight of Grace

Spells
2 Cast Out
4 Legion’s Landing
4 Oketra’s Monument
1 Seal Away
3 Pride of Conquerors

Lands
16 Plains
1 Scavenger Grounds
4 Shefet Dunes
2 Memorial to Glory

For a quick explanation, the deck has a full set of twelve one-drops where are not just vanilla critters. The anthem generators are Benalish Marshal & Angel of Invention and are backed up by Pride of Conquerors. The Ascend is very much easy to achieve with Oketra’s Monument gaining you additional 1/1s for every creature casts. In effect, only 3 main deck removals were added so as to optimize the monument’s value.

The sideboard list would probably be just basic but I’d love to hear your thoughts on the in-and-out plan on certain matchups. Hit the comment box below and let me know.

That’s a wrap. Until the next post and thanks for reading.
