I am almost done processing my papers for my part-time work as Instructor at the University of San Agustin. I have received my OTR just last week from the GSO of the University of the Philippines – Iloilo City Campus, that is almost a month of the processing period. A classmate from my DURP class informed that the application for the Environmental Planner board exam has been open and so, I checked the requirements. Again I saw the need to have a copy of the Official Transcript of Records, with the remarks of “For Board Examination Purposes.” I might wait for the official announcement from the university with regards to our graduation before I write another letter request for the document.

Here below is the complete list of requirements for the Environmental Planner board exam:

NSO / PSA Birth Certificate

NSO / PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)

Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
(First Timer & Repeater)

College Diploma & Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers & Repeaters)

One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:

• Barangay
• Church
• School
• Employer

OJT Certificate or in Service-Training signed by the applicant’s immediate supervisor

Certificate of Professional Civil Service Eligibility (for incumbent government planners only).

Payment of P900.00

The deadline of application is on May 6, 2019.
