Another year means another cycle of data gathering for the Iloilo City Ecological Profile, which is one of the main tasks of the Research, Statistics and Evaluation Division of the Iloilo City Planning and Development Office. In the previous year (2017), I was in-charge of the data under the Education sector and this time for the year 2018, there is an additional field that I will cover.

Our division head sent us a file of the assignments of the sectors where data will be gathered. The new sector that I will handling is on the Social welfare where in particular I will coordinate the data with the City Social Welfare office and DSWD. I have sent the letter request for the intended Colleges which is kind of a few weeks late. Still, I am hoping they can provide the data on or before the target date that I have indicated in the letter.

As for the Social Welfare letter recipients, I have yet to print the letter requests and still waiting for the list of contacts for the letter head. The template would be the same.
