After years of conflicting assessments, I have finally decided to a new boarding house. I really wanted the new setup to be cozy, neat and clean. I would want the new place to liken to my personal setup which in an ambiance where I can solemnly work and study. That might cost a higher rent but then I would exchange the comfort and convenience over the price.

The current room I am renting is sure cheap and below the regular rent rate but it is just not a room for sleeping to begin with. It was used as stock room before for the past papers and documents of the office below. The dust still continues to accumulate fast despite my constant cleaning, and it gets messier during the rainy season as leaks from the wall drip to the floor. Not to mention that the room is near the road, and the smoke emissions from passing vehicles rise to enter the front window. This has caused my asthma attack every month or so, with the doctor visit at 3 times in a year.

With those numerous scenarios, I guess it is really time to leave. I have found an apartment building in which my brother and my niece are renting a room, and I have talked with the owner of their available room upstairs. I have just checked it last night and the size is just at an average with two double deck beds and a fan. The maximum occupants will be at 4 but they will give me the option to rent the whole room. The owner is also from my hometown Alimodian and so they will be willing to give me a discount. The payment setup is also reasonable. I have asked if they would allow me to setup my broadband internet there and they said okay. I have no major appliances yet aside from my personal computer.

The transfer of my things would take a while but I think next month would be a start. I have already contacted Globe of my plan to transfer location of my connection. I am hoping they could respond within the week. I guess I should hasten to dispose of unnecessary things to so as not to clutter the new place. I guess it is goodbye to my old Magic cards and Gunpla kits.

Next month will be a new start with a new place. It is gonna be May.
