Optimizing a Minimum Space

It is already six months since I transferred to a new apartment and renting one room. The rent got higher but the new space should be worth it. I initially started the décor and organized the room during the first month and left some of the space as is. Later on, I noticed that clutters had begun to occupy most of these spaces. Given that I just put up my things somewhere especially my clothes and so I had not thought of optimizing the areas that it should be placed.

I have been watching the Youtube videos of interior designer Elle Uy and in one vid she gave tips on how to optimize your apartment space especially on studio type condominium. You can check it here. While all that she listed are not applicable to my room, I still got some relevant ideas that can be implemented. She mentioned about maximizing vertical space and one way is to hang a pegboard at your walls. I then checked on what she meant of that and decided to also have one in my place since most of my walls are just plainly painted. I had one side added with Magic art frames which I bought during my recent travels to the Grand Prix. The other one near my PC station is the small area in the corner where I plan to have that pegboard hanged and to put small clutter on my workstation.

I have ordered the pegboard on Shopee and unfortunately, it will be shipped from abroad so I have to wait a few more weeks before I can install it. There will be an updated blog post once it arrives so just stay tuned.
