The second Guild-based decklist for Guilds of Ravnica that I will present today will feature the mysterious Dimir and its Surveil mechanic. As described in the wiki, Surveil is a keyword action that allows a player to look at a certain number of cards from the top of their library and put them in the graveyard or back on top in any order. There are creatures of Dimir that gains benefit whenever Surveil happens and here below is a decklist of a build which I think relies mainly on that mechanic.
