During my extra time yesterday, I decided to play rank matches again in BO1 Standard and record the games via the built-in feature on my cellphone. What is good with the Magic Arena on mobile is its convenience where you can basically play anywhere that has a good data signal. What I mean by good signal is that you won’t lag when you cast your spells and attack your creatures.
Anywho, the deck that I am using for ranking is Gruul Adventures which list was suggested by my good friend Oliver. His build though was for the B03 game format and so I did a few adjustments with the current wildcards that I have. For instance, having only two copies of the Goldspan Dragon instead of the default playset. The edits were for the expected metagame in the BO1 gameplay and the conflict of maintaining an aggressive start over a reactive draws is the main dilemma.
Here below is a short fast-paced compiled version of the three matches I’ve recorded. The three opponents were Mono Red, Mono White and Dimir Rogues. Enjoy the video and don’t forget to click like and subscribe for future Magic: the Gathering Arena gameplay videos.
