I have been piloting the Vampires deck in the past few weeks in preparation for the Gameswalker 50k Standard tournament in Bacolod City. The main deck is mostly as is in the card line up and the rest of the adjustments were made in the sideboard list. Here is a recap of the recent local MTG Iloilo Standard tournaments I have joined piloting the Orzhov Vampires deck.

All of these events were from our local game store Pro Reis place who is hosting them on a weekly basis. I am pretty much happy with the deck’s consistency though I had to note the few losses wherein the randomization resulted in subpar draws. It might be a luck factor but then again I should be more thorough in shuffling the deck.

A few more days to go before I finalize my sideboard plan for this weekend’s event. I liked the recent one I made although this might be updated again when the online metagame decks are to be posted this week.
