He finally did it! On his 13th GP Top 8, Owen Turtenwald finally finished the job by winning Grand Prix Washington D.C. The event format was Legacy Constructed on which he played the UWR Delver deck. His Finals opponent was Sneak and Show which was piloted by Jared Boettcher. Before reaching that though, he had to go through Andrew Cuneo’s Elves in the Quarters and Sam Black’s Bant in the Semis.
