The recently concluded SCG Invitational for the second season in Columbus has made another championship point for Tom ‘The Boss’ Ross. He initially placed fourth after sixteen preliminary rounds in the first two days of the tournament.

On the top 8 playoffs with the Standard format, he quickly eliminated his quarterfinals opponent Brad Nelson’s UW Control, and went with the similar fashion against Alex Bertoncini’s Jund Monsters in the Semis. He lastly faced Black White Midrange piloted by Ben Friedman and Ross emerged the Champion with three games win to one.
