On my latest purchase from Hobby Link Japan, I’ve decided to exclude Gunpla kits on that batch. Instead, I turned into their current items on the Latest Sale page and came upon a few Macross figures at 80% off. The number quickly got my attention and checked the items on the list.

I decided to buy two of the Macross figures by Yamato, in which I am presenting one by this blog post. This figure is the Macross Plus VF-11B. It is of the GN-U Dou line from Yamato Toys. Quoting the item description, this item is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime. Date of the item released was June 2008 Super-flexible and sharply detailed, the non-transformable VF-11B measures 14cm to the top of its head-mounted turret. Accurately proportioned and painted based on its anime counterpart, it comes with a gun pod, shield, and three optional hands.

The item is originally priced at 3000 Yen or about 1500php. Its sale price ran at around only 600Yen, which a pretty much good deal.

One reason I bought these items as I’d want to have a few Macross kits or figs on my collection. Original Macross kits ran at around 3k php each so I am having second thoughts on buying one. Anyhow, these figs would somehow satisfy the urge hehe.
