Here is another take on the budgeted deck builds for Guilds of Ravnica Standard. The deck archetype is Blue Red Izzet Spells that has creatures that benefit from your casted Instant and Sorcery spells. Crackling Drake (and is probably the most expensive here along with Niv-Mizzet) is the main player here given the situation of an open attack in the air when combined with Maximize Velocity. The rest of the creatures’ roles are to chip on the life total of opponents while we setup our hand with cantrip spells.
