The deck archetype is Blue Red Izzet Spells, which has creatures that benefit from your casted Instant and Sorcery spells. Crackling Drake (and is probably the most expensive here, along with Niv-Mizzet) is the main player here, given the situation of an open attack in the air when combined with Maximize Velocity. The rest of the creatures’ roles are to chip on the life total of opponents while we set up our hand with cantrip spells.
