With the release of the Duskmourn House of Horror set, it is inevitable that the Magic: the Gathering Standard format will again evolve with the new mechanics and card strategies. It is quite exciting from the deck brewer’s perspective but not budget-friendly as the product prices already increased about two or three MTG set releases ago.

Anywho, since deck building is free to do online, I decided to do some Magic: the Gathering Standard deck techs again for my YouTube channel which I think can also help provide information for my card poolmates in innovating new deck ideas for the format. I started with the update for the Dimir Reanimator deck archetype by adding Green color to its component. New Duskmourn cards allowed this color to be relevant to the deck build and shifted it from the Dimir list.
