Following the steps of some of the Magic: the Gathering vloggers on Youtube, I decided to do some random buys of MTG products on Shopee. These gaming content creators buy theirs on eBay, and I’ve noticed that it ain’t that popular here in our country, in terms of the MTG products sold. Shopee, lately, has been catering to local game stores not only in Manila but also in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Baguio City. Thus, my recent purchases on Prerelease kits and a new set of Crimson Vow booster packs were done via this platform.
For today’s blog post, my recent random buy was the Magic: the Gathering loot packs offered by Urban Legend Hobby store located in Quezon City. Each pack costs 160 pesos with the inclusion of eight Rares, a chance of Mythic, and twelve cards mix of Commons and Uncommons. It sounded like a pretty decent deal, I mean that is eight Rare cards which some of which might cost at most a dollar, and it can give chance to even the price spent on the packs.
I tried my luck by buying three of these loot packs and decided to record the unboxing yesterday after it arrived. See what I have got on the video below.
