Recently, I had the trend of checking Youtube videos on unboxing Magic: the Gathering boosters such as the recently released Throne of Eldraine Gift Box and also other related products such as card sleeves.

This got me interested in how they got the product and how lucky their card pulls are as well as comparison with the other previously released MTG products. I had followed these channel like Bad Boy Gaming and Tolarian Academy for their latest content and reviews. One of the recent review videos I have checked is this one below.

What got me thinking is: should I do my reviews?

There are, however, things to consider first. Let us start with the price. I am not sponsored by these companies that sell these products so I will opt to buy them at my local game store or order them online. While I sometimes buy booster packs and stuff, it will cost me a lot in the long run. Secondly, I am not sure if my readers/viewers will appreciate this segment. I mean they already have their dose from the popular YT channels so why would they check mine? I guess the challenge here is that I needed to be unique, to be something unusual.

We shall see how it will go once I get more vacant time this coming Christmas vacation. I think I should start by planning the right steps and materials to use.
