Going back to the card feature column for the new set Ravnica Allegiance, I have chosen for today one Legendary Creature from the savage Gruul guild named Nikya of the Old Ways. She is a 5/5 Centaur Druid with interesting abilities. Check out the card below.

The 5/5 body for five looks average given the Gruul’s stompy nature. She can bypass most of the burn in the meta, especially Lava Coil. The non-creature spells cast restriction can be disregarded if placed in the almost creature deck which takes me to her next ability to double the mana of your lands. You can then easily ramp into your big creatures like Carnage Tyrant or even some of the unplayable high-casting cost creatures before.

I am thinking of having her in a Red Green Ramp of Temur Ramp creature deck with the mythic Hydroid Krasis as the mana dump in the late game.

4 Growth-Chamber Guardian
4 Hydroid Krasis
4 Nikya of the Old Ways
4 Llanowar Elves
4 Siege-gang Commander
2 End-Raze Forerunners

I have listed each creature that can gain value on the mana ramp ability of Nikya and a few mana dudes to help to cast her as early as possible.
