So the final phase of the You Make the Card 4 has been decided yesterday, and the winning card submission is Revenge of Necromancy. The other finalist Blood in the Watering Can was crushed in the votes, 73.4% to 26.6%. The winning card has the following text:

Whenever an opponent discards a creature card, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield.

Whenever an opponent discards a land card, add BB to your mana pool.

Whenever an opponent discards a noncreature, nonland card, draw a card.

Wizards will now then put the card into testing and development of its final mana casting cost. Their statement, “We’ll start playtesting the card soon, and we may need to tweak it if the power level is too high or too low, or if we think that it could be made more fun in some way. If that comes up, we’ll give you the opportunity to vote on what changes we make.”
