Continuing the deck tech for the Standard format, my recent list is an aggro version of the Temur clan. I posted a list on the Temur Monsters version, but this time I am lowering the mana curve for a more aggressive approach.
Here is my version one list:
Temur Aggro by Mark Ian Alloso
Standard
Lands
1 Frontier Bivouac
4 Forest
3 Mana Confluence
1 Mountain
3 Shivan Reef
2 Temple of Abandon
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Yavimaya Coast
Creatures
4 Boon Satyr
4 Elvish Mystic
4 Goblin Rabblemaster
4 Heir of the Wilds
3 Polukranos, World Eater
3 Rattleclaw Mystic
4 Savage Knuckleblade
Spells
2 Crater’s Claws
4 Lightning Strike
3 Stoke the Flames
3 Temur Charm
The recent card tech here is Heir of the Wilds from Khans of Tarkir, which is a pseudo-3/3 with the eleven 4-power creatures in the deck and also has Deathtouch. He can efficiently defend the fort from enemy fatties and can get past Sylvan Caryatids or trade with Courser of Kruphix.
Temur Charm also works very well here as you can cast your cheap casting critters while having mana to counter a threat or board sweep spell.
I have also known that Brian Kibler has finished Day One of Grand Prix Los Angeles in an impressive 9-0 record of its Temur Aggro deck. Guess I should Google his list for reference.
That is about it for this post. Stay tuned for an updated list and maybe a few sideboarding guides.
