StarCityGames.com Open Series in Cincinnati was among the first major tournaments in the US after Return to Ravnica legalized in Standard. A lot of deck brews were introduced in the event, among which is the Black Red or guild named Rakdos Aggro by the player Joe Bernal. To note, he placed 4th in the tournament.
