The first Magic: the Gathering Standard Grand Prix after Return to Ravnica was concluded hours ago at Auckland New Zealand. The deck that emerged triumphed involved reanimating angels, demon and beasts. This four color deck archetype was piloted by Walker MacMurdo, a 23 student who started Day One at 5-0-2.

Here is another edition of the deck brews for Return to Ravnica Standard. In this build, it focused on a particular creature, specifically a vermin called Pack Rats. At first I was quite disappointed on getting this on a booster pack, but later on realized its potential. Continue reading
