The term “to catch someone off guard” is to surprise someone in a way he or she was not expecting. It can be used in positive, negative, and neutral contexts. The concept of the Ragnarok Online Mobile War of Crystals guild vs guild battle, goes with not only catching the opponent off-guard but also overpowering them with your troops. It is positive if your team is winning, and negative if not. For our guild, we were the latter.

Looking upon the results of this weekend’s Magic: the Gathering Standard tournaments online, we discovered a deck that preyed on the dominance of the aggro decks in the metagame. The deck is Rakdos Sacrifice, which the build is more inclined in dealing, and turning opponents’ threats into your own. It was piloted by John Alexander wherein he finished first place after defeating the various aggro matchups such as Boros Winota, Mono-Green, Gruul Aggro, and Temur Lukka in the playoffs.
