Last weekend’s Magic tournament was quite jam-packed, with more than ten players in attendance even with the usual regularly scheduled event. Friday’s FNM was attended by fourteen players whereas Saturday’s Standard had twelve participants.

I did a second run of the Temur Dragons deck last weekend and still, I am satisfied with the results. The deck went 2-2 from the initial 2-0 record last Friday’s FNM losing to a resolved Ugin planeswalker from Naya Ramp and a curved Abzan aggro on the third game. Continue reading
The current prices of the top Standard decks has been very unfriendly to the new players of the format. You have allot a huge amount just to afford and complete a Tier 1 deck. As a result, you’ve just to settle for a budgeted or fetch-less version of a deck. Continue reading
