Tournament Report: Innistrad Prerelease

Just hours ago, we were able to hold our Prerelease tournament for the new set, Innistrad. Twenty Ilonggo players battled through the four rounds of Limited Sealed tournament, exploring the new set’s mechanics and flavor theme. With the scheduled rotation in Standard, I was pretty sure that all of us were very excited to play the new cards. Solar Flare Shaping up in Innistrad Standard

MTG Innistrad Introduces the Latest Enemy-Color Duals

With the pending release of the big set this year in September, the excitement about what the new set offers grows. First is the confirmation of double-faced cards, the first time ever in Magic history. The Transform mechanic makes this possible. With the ‘Underworld’ themed set, you will get to see Humans in the daytime transform into Werewolves during the night, or a simple bat turn into a Vampire.
