Tournament Report: The Summer Cruise

Hi guys, I hope you had a fun weekend. I am writing this short report of my performance on last weekend’s back-to-back tournament. The first was on Saturday and the second was last Monday, both in Standard format. I joined the tournament piloting R/W Lark which I was trying to master/get familiar with since February.

There are actually a few different builds I’ve found on the net and the main argument is whether to use Mindstones or not. I’ve tried Saito’s build (4 Mindstones, 4 Knight of the White Orchid, 22 Lands) but I didn’t like the deck that much. Its main problem is the mana screw. With that, I decided to reminisce about some important lessons I have learned in my nine years as a Magic player/enthusiast. Here it goes:

Freebies and Bonuses: Magic The Gathering Edition

Can’t think of something to post. I got stuck at work in the office in the past few days, doing keyword research and writing Google ads for my new client. This just popped out of my mind while searching for online marketing stuff. I’ve noticed that a lot of bonuses and freebies are given every time you join their coaching program or buy their products. These marketing strategies are also applied in Magic card and creature spells. Here are some of them.
