Based on the video done by Gavin Verhey in opening a Streets of New Capenna Prerelease kit, the promo foil card is random and won’t likely align with the crime family you have chosen. In the video which I watched the morning before going to work, he got a foil PR promo Titan of Industry wherein the Green color is not aligned to the family he chose, though in the deck-building he can try to add it to the list.

The Magic: the Gathering Iloilo has been in the talks as to what will be the next schedule of weekly tournaments aside from the usual Saturday Standard which has been the regular event in the past weeks. Though there are a few players already in the format, the group is still looking to check on some previous players that have cards that rotated out and the major solution here is to go to an older format such as Pioneer and Modern.
