MTG Gruul Blood Deck Update

One of my recent deck archetypes played was the Red Green Midrange version that Brad Nelson piloted in PT Theros. It looks at first like a typical ramp deck but uses a fast kill combo with half of Flesh/Blood and Bloodrush or Monstrosity.
