MTG Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Card Preview – The Wandering Emperor

One of the planeswalkers that participated in the War of the Spark storyline during the conflict & battle against Nicol Bolas was the identity that we only knew as The Wanderer. It turns out that this is a relevant character in the upcoming Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty set. She was then identified as The Wandering Emperor, and head of the kingdom. Magic: the Gathering Innistrad: Crimson Vow Set Box Opening Part 2

I can now understand that opening Magic: the Gathering booster boxes are between a hit and a miss. We opened mostly mediocre cards from the set on the first video, though it was somewhat expected because of their current value in the trading market. Even Thalia and the enemy pair lands ain’t enough on the count. Our Mythics got back some ROI as we got Olivia Crimson Bride, Henrika, and Wedding Ring.

Alrund’s Epiphany Banned and Blue-Red Full Shift to Control

The recent Magic: the Gathering banned and the restricted announcement has finally hit the Standard format and the cards that got the ban hammer were Alrund’s Epiphany, Divide by Zero, and Faceless Haven. Wizards explained in the announcement article the reasons for the bannings, mainly on the effect of the power of the Epiphany which negated the metagame diversity in the format.
