I can now understand that opening Magic: the Gathering booster boxes are between a hit and a miss. We opened mostly mediocre cards from the set on the first video, though it was somewhat expected because of their current value in the trading market. Even Thalia and the enemy pair lands ain’t enough on the count. Our Mythics got back some ROI as we got Olivia Crimson Bride, Henrika, and Wedding Ring.

The recent Magic: the Gathering banned and the restricted announcement has finally hit the Standard format and the cards that got the ban hammer were Alrund’s Epiphany, Divide by Zero, and Faceless Haven. Wizards explained in the announcement article the reasons for the bannings, mainly on the effect of the power of the Epiphany which negated the metagame diversity in the format.

I don’t know with this recent Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty card spoilers but people in the online community seem to notice the trend of blurry images of card leaks. This is quite unbelievable since today’s era of smartphones can take high-quality pictures even if it’s just a quick view-and-click. Anywho, today’s Magic: the Gathering card preview is a Blue Ninja that may become a vital component on the return of Ninjutsu-based decks in the Standard format.
