The Essential Card Components of a Magic: the Gathering Aggro Deck

An aggro (short for “aggressive”) deck in Magic: The Gathering is focused on quickly reducing the opponent’s life total to zero, and applying pressure as early as turn 1 of the game. Aggro decks are known for their fast, efficient creatures and a streamlined strategy aimed at winning the game as quickly as possible. My personal favorite aggro decks in the past were Gruul Aggro and Rakdos Vampires.

MTG RIX Standard Brew: Sultai Hadana

Here is a quick decklist I have come up with after I browsed through the possible sleeper cards in Rivals of Ixalan. The card that I have considered is Hadana’s Climb//Winged Temple of Orazca. With Winding Constrictor to easily trigger the flip of this card, having the temple early not only fixes your mana but also can get your biggest creature to evade past chump blockers or even the big and fatty Dinosaurs.
