I remember making my first Standard deck in Magic: the Gathering Arena when I reactivated my account after the open Beta testing period of the game platform ended a while ago. The Red-Green Landfall Aggro deck was one of the prevalent archetypes at that time. It was not a perfect build but I acquired some of the components by grinding in the daily tasks for gold and some booster packs opened and wildcards converted to specific card pieces.

For today’s Magic: the Gathering Standard deck discussion, we feature a Tier 2 deck archetype in the format in which the strategy has long existed in the history of the game. As would expect the recent Magic: the Gathering Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty set to have an impact in the Standard format, we had never gauged it to be that successful in defining the metagame. One of the main reasons why is what I am sharing today via a deck tech archetype. Yeah, we know Izzet, Mono-White, Black, and Green Aggro are still doing great as by the recent tournaments.

One of the Magic: the Gathering Standard decks archetypes under the Izzet colors, in which I am hopeful to be on the Top Tier category, is the Delver deck. The reprint of such a card made me reminisce its first Innistrad days, wherein it was a powerhouse build. It is the same way I am observing the tournament results for its recent build version in the current Standard format.
